Season recap: It’s time to figure out who’s the head coach.

A talented, young quarterback, a rookie receiver with tons of potential, and the number one overall pick in the NFL draft.

That’s your Tennessee Titans.

The Titans’ young talent showed potential this season. Receiver Dorial Green-Beckham showed sparks, quarterback Marcus Mariota showed promise, and the two rookies at running back showed some life.

The defense started the season strong, ranked top ten,  but ended pretty poorly. The offensive line, however, needs some tweaking to help a rough run game.

But, this is a young, up-and-coming team.

Tennessee Titans Head Coaching Situation:

The Titans coaching gig has been linked to people like Chip Kelly, Adam Gase and Hue Jackson. Whether those coaches are interested in Tennessee is up in the air, but the Titans will have a long offseason ahead of them.

Chip Kelly helped Marcus Mariota become the talented quarterback he is today, Adam Gase helped coach a legend in future hall of famer Peyton Manning, and Hue Jackson has made Andy Dalton pretty successful in Cincinnati.

With a 3-13 record, only a one win improvement from 2014, we’ll see change in Tennessee possibly as soon as Monday.
